From the big red “solutions” logo, to the smart-search function, to the new agent training links, this site is purely designed to develop agents. The smart-search function provides a keyword based drop-down of topical results, virtually eliminating the agent having to click around the site to find what they need. Simply type “endorsement” and a myriad of results immediately appear, from a help video to a quick reference set of tips.
Bobo went on to say, “The site is structured to get the resources the agents need as quickly as possible, so they can get back to writing business.” One of the most significant sections is the video library, which has a categorical filter; again, making the process of finding content quick and easy.
Bridger Solutions will be further developed beyond training to include marketing tips and strategies to help agents build their business. Also, an agent dashboard will also be added to provide agents with a quick-view of their performance numbers.
